Hello everyone, my flatmate is leaving his fantastic room in a modern 3-room apartment located in the charming neighbourhood of Frederiksberg. The apartment is situated on Åboulevard in an area filled with all the amenities, from restaurants and bars, to supermarkets and the convenient metro at Forum Station. The apartment spans 86 m2 and features a spacious on-space living room, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony. Fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and drier are present in the flat. Additionally, the apartment offers access to an internal garden, perfect for bike parking, and a convenient storage room in the basement. You will share the apartment with me, Stefano, a PhD student from Italy. The room itself is very bright and silent (since it faces the internal garden) and it offers direct access to the balcony that overlooks the internal garden. The room will be can be either unfurnished or, for a modest price of ~1500 kr. (negotiable), it is also possible to purchase some basic furniture from the previous tenant. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished. About me: - I really like to cook, and the house shows! In the kitchen, you will find a lot of useful equipment to experiment with cooking yourself, from Japanese kitchen knives to cast-iron pans, thermometers and even a KitchendAid. Everything can be used, provided you take care of it :). - I also like watching movies and playing games. In the living room, there is a very good TV and audio system; movie nights are more than welcome! - I am also a bit of a coffee nerd: you will find a good espresso machine for all your caffeine (and taste) needs. - I am a calm and communicative person, but more on the introverted side of things than a party animal. I like to have a quiet house, but don't mind having respectful guests, who can totally sleep on the bed-couch BTW ;). - I am definitely not an early bird. - When it comes to the cleanliness of the place, I like to have everything in order and accessible. I am not a clean freak though, but we can all agree that nobody likes to take care of other's mess. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule a viewing.
