Furnished and central room in stylish apartment. I'm looking for a roomie from August 2024. The room is fully furnished and the rather big apartment is new and modern. You're welcome to join us in the kitchen, livingroom or balcony - But I would prefer someone who likes keeping it clean. Friends, visitors and dinners is cool, but parties is no-go because we are several sharing it. I'm a dad with 2 kids every second week. Besides that pretty busy and not at home that much. I work as a creative filmdirector. The room is ideal for someone going abroad for an internship in 3 or 6 months, or someone who needs a place, while looking for their own permanent space.
