Hi, we have one room for rent in our shared apartment in Trongården, Lyngby. This neighborhood is usually quiet as it is a residential area. The location is very convenient for people studying or working at DTU. It is less than 10 minutes away from the center of Lyngby with a bike, and we have several bus stops nearby. For instance, the 150S is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and it takes around 25 minutes from there to reach Nørreport. Dyrehaven (the deer park) is also very close. The apartment is large (127m²). On the first level, there's the kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and a large living room. Upstairs are the individual rooms and a second bathroom (so there are two showers). Your room has a built-in closet and we also have a spare bed and desk/chair if needed. The building is very modern, with good insulation and floor heating. The rent + aconto (7590 dkk) includes all charges, internet included. If you are a student we can consider reducing the price a little bit. You will share it with me (male around 40) and another roommate (male 28 years old). Both of us graduated from DTU a few years ago. We usually cook and eat together, sometimes play some games or watch a movie. We would be happy to spend time with you, but you will of course have your privacy.
