I am a quiet person; I work at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) with shifts falling between 6:00 AM and midnight. The room is ready for occupancy; it is furnished with a bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, internet, and the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. I value transparent pricing, which is why the items mentioned above are included in the rent. We all share a responsibility to keep consumption down so that the rent can remain low. The room measures approximately 3.50 x 2.80 meters. I already rent out a room—I’ve been doing so for nearly five years now. My current tenant has been living with me for over a year; he is 26 years old. Since this is the second room I am renting out, a shorter rental period would suit me well. I am flexible regarding the duration, but a period of 2–3 months would work well for me. We can always look into extending the agreement if it suits all parties.
