Transport: The apartment is 5 minutes away from Ørestad metro (10 minutes ride from Kongens Nytorp), Ørestad station (5 minutes ride to the Airport and 7 from the Central Station), and the stops for bus 33 (to Rådhuspladsen) and bus 32 Move-in: 15 October onwards (can ask for before that) Room 1: 10 sqm, 7400/month including water, heating, and electricity Room 2: 12 sqm, 7900/month including water, heating, and electricity Deposit: 2 months of rent Lease duration: preferred long term, but ask for short term! About the apartment The building was built in 2019, and the flat includes a big shared kitchen/living room with a balcony facing the garden, three bedrooms, and one bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer. Besides some storage space, the rooms are unfurnished, and they both face a small, quiet side road. Because I move in on October 1st, note that the images are from a another flat in the same building, but the floor plan is from this unit. A little about me I’m 25 and I work full time. I’m friendly and social, but I also value having some alone time once in a while. At home, I’d describe myself as clean and quiet roomie. I’m happy to hang out with roommates and occasionally cook/eat together, but I also appreciate and respect everyone having their own space.
