Dear future flatmate, I am renting out a 10m2 furnished room (for one person only) in a 110m2, 3 bedroom apartment, just 5-minute walk from Forum Metro Station and 2 minutes from the lakes – a perfect spot if you enjoy both city life and living in a relaxing area. I’m looking for someone who is 30+ years old, has a full-time job, is very tidy, friendly, considerate, and who enjoys a relaxed home atmosphere. You’ll be sharing a bright kitchen, a comfortable living room, a big dining room, a bathroom, and a sunny balcony. The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe and cabinets for clothing and storage – so you can move in easily and feel at home right away. The rental period is unlimited. The rent is 6700kr+400kr (utilities, excluding electricity), and a 13400kr deposit. If this sounds like a good match for you, I’d love to hear from you!
