Lovely neighborhood, very safe and no street noise. Resident of the apartment is me (artist) and my kids, whom I have part time (15 and 9 y/o). Our rooms are in the other end of the apartment of 94 m2, separated from your room by several doors and a hall. You will be sharing bathroom with washer/dryer and toilet, which are two separate rooms, as well as a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and new oven and stove.
