Tall ceilings and big windows with a view of a small green space. The neighborhood is very quiet, with mostly families and retirees. The apartment is 120m2 with three bedrooms, a big living space with a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Your room will be mostly unfurnished. Only the wardrobe is included - visible in the pictures. It is possible to buy a bed (5months old, 140x200cm) from the previous tenant. I currently live with my friend Lewis. I am 30 and work in a pharma company. We are calm and easy-going people; we like to have fun, mostly outside of the apartment. We work long hours and are out of the apartment a lot. I am looking for a person in a similar situation. Someone respectful, easy-going, friendly, and clean. Parties in the flat should not be frequent since we have difficult neighbors when it comes to noise. Guests are very welcome; however, not for extended periods of time, and with notice beforehand. Rent includes all: heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. The moving-in price is 12.000 + 7000 rent. CPR number is, of course, available from the moving-in date.
