Room is equipped with 120 cm good bed, small working desk, cupboard and lots of space/shelves for books and similar. Surroundings Gentofte kommune (community area) is one of the top nicest part of Copenhagen. Beach, woods, and lovely parks are within 5-15 minutes on a bike. Perfect for weekend hiking. DTU is 20 min on bike (max 30 min with public transport door to door). Gentofte S-Station, nearby us, is 17 min from Nørreport in city center. In our building, we have a SATS fitness-center, a 6-24 hrs. open NETTO supermarket, and a pharmacy. There are two other supermarkets within 5 min walking, a greengrocer, butcher, 2 bakeries / cinema / 3 affordable restaurants/take-aways (2x Italian, 2xAsian, French bistro), a wine bar and 2 cafés within 200m. Never the less the street is rather quite compared to the city-center. We are 300 m from Gentofte lake (great for running). Daily living Rental of room includes usage of kitchen for cooking, and you can use our dinner table. Bathroom is shared. Access to washer/dryer. About Us We are 2 outgoing woman, both highly social. Basis rent is 4800 kr/month, Expenses (1200 kr =Aconto) is added to the rent. So total monthly is 6000 kr. The 1200 kr/month expenses covers electricity, water, heat, internet, cleaning detergents, toilet paper and major kitchen supplies, (salt, peber, kitchen roll, plastic bags etc). Happy to be social. -Flexible lifestyle (what do we mean about this? You are like us out/training minimum a couple of nights a week. We are never here 24/7, two days are never the same. We like this change and prioritize people with similar agile lifestyles and personalities. We love cooking, but non of us cooks lots of smelling things as we have an open space kitchen (no strong spices, pan-fish or other strongly smelling things).
