Hi there! I am looking for two roommates to turn the empty rooms in my new apartment into a cosy home, from July or August on. Could that be you? WELCOME TO FREDERIKS BRYGGE The flat is in Frederiks Brygge, Sydhavnen. It’s a modern 100 m^2 apartment with three bedrooms, bathroom with laundry machine & dryer, spacious kitchen & living room, and a lovely balcony facing the sun and the pretty courtyard. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. Close-by you will find Sydhavnstippen & Vestre Kirkegård for some nature, Vesterbro and Islands Brygge can be reached by bike in 10 min, and if you like Italian food, Supermarco at the end of the street is there to save your day. I have just signed the rental contract, so there is not yet any furniture nor flatmates besides me. This means we will have the exciting chance to create a new home! And for that I am looking for two roommates. The two free rooms measure around 9-10 m^2. Aconto excludes insurance, internet, and electricity. Move-in date is July or August. ABOUT ME I am Raphael and 33 years old. In my leisure time, I'm quite active and like to spend time with people. I play volleyball, dance Lindy Hop & Tango, and am fresh in love with winter bathing (corona made me do it). I enjoy being in nature, for example on a bike or shelter trip. Further, I am volunteering and have just helped organise a festival & am a student mentor. On the weekends, my inner night owl comes out and I am up for drinks and an occasional good night out in the club. And when I am at home, I like to have a chat with my roommates, cook food (don’t we all cook food anyway?), listen to music and podcasts, or enjoy some calm time with a book & coffee. It matters to me that you have reflected about what it takes to sustainably live together, and that you are proactively willing to contribute to that. In my opinion, a home should be comfortable & reliable – and it takes a bit of joint effort to create such an environment. I am looking for people who have a similar perspective.
