Would you - as a single - like to be one of our four tenants from June, sharing your own kitchen and bathroom on our first floor of the house in Greve 30 min from Cph by train. (The room is on the ground floor and a toilet is close to it). The beach, train station, Greve Shopping Center, common swimming pool, more Pure Gym fitness centers, green areas and paths for walking/running, many restaurants/take aways are within 10 -15 minutes walk. Copenhagen is nice - but why not try this nice area too - lots of nature, space, garden, quietness and still only 1/2 hour to Copenhagen. We can offer you a bike to borrow the four minutes to the station. Or you can walk 10 minutes. Cleaning in the tenants common area is on shift.
