It's on the 1 th floor of my house where I live with my adult son. You share the Bathroom and scullery room. Because it is on the 1 th floor, I am looking for a tenant, with a quiet personality, and no night activities after 11:00PM 7 min. walk to the station, shopping, beach and forest.
