Where:
15 min to Odense Central Station (door to door with the light rail) and the pedestrian street. Close by: Pizza, Føtex, Lidl, 365discount right behind the building, buses. Indoor swimming pool is 5 min with the bike (outdoor is 3 min.). Parking on the public street is always available.
The flat:

Furnished:
- Super king size bed with leather "seats" (kind of works as a sofa, too)

- Common laundry room with your private washing machine in the basement
- Fridge
- Microwave
- All furniture that appears in the pictures (but no electronics: TV, computers, screens, etc.)
- Note: The cooker does not work, so there are two hot plates instead.
- Some silver wear, glasses, etc.
- Three wardrobes + "attic" on the wall
- Common room for bicycle parking
- Common garden
Important: You are on your own if anything breaks down inside the apartment: You either fix it (and pay for it) or leave it as it is. If it was not your fault, you will receive your full deposit at the end of the contract either way. Nothing ever broke inside the flat, so I don't expect anything to happen. In addition, the condominium takes care of almost everything (anything from the walls outward, like pipes, etc.). But it is important to have this clear from the start.
Finally, this flat is currently on sale and here is what I am proposing:
1 We sign a contract for 3 months (which we may extend later)
2. You agree with the broker on visits (ideally one or two days notice) to let the potential buyers see the flat;
3. If anyone that visited the flat while you were there buys the flat, I will refund you the last month of rent (once they pay me);
4. If no one buys the flat, the contract ends, as usual.
Please think carefully about how annoyed you would be by these visits. It would be bad if we agreed on this and you regretted later on…
Also, the fees charged by the condominium are 1472 per month: 987 (for hot and cold water and common building costs) and also 485 in advance for heating. Heating is "on account": You either receive something back or have to pay more depending on your actual consumption. The cost of 1472 above only excludes electricity and assumes that you have a CPR so that I change the electricity account to your name.
