* Move in is flexible as long as it falls within 1.2.2026 and 1.3.2026.
* Utilities (water, heat, gas, internet) summarise to 1674 kr. monthly, with water, heat, and electricity depending on use (so money back if you use less or pay additional if you use a lot).
* Subletting or shared tenancy is not allowed without written permission.
* No pets are allowed – including small companion animals.
* Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and I’m specifically looking for a non-smoker.
* The wood-burning stove may not be used.
* The apartment is rented out partially furnished, and the furniture may not be removed without agreement.
* Drilling into bathroom tiles or decorative stucco is not allowed, and the apartment’s current wall colours must be respected unless otherwise agreed upon.
