We are renting out our apartment from the August 28th 2026 to January 15th 2027 while we are out of the country. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for move in, perfect for a couple. It's 5-10 minute walk to the metro (Poul Henningsens Plads) and to the 150S stop to DTU (Haraldsgade). Groceries and other services are also in walking distance. The apartment is on a ground floor, and has it's own entrance, where you can leave jackets and shoes outside. However, it is higher than street level, meaning that there is significant privacy. We are looking for responsible tenants that can take care of our home while we are away. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building and we would prefer to have non-smokers living in the apartment.
