The Space

Whether you're relocating, working in Copenhagen temporarily, or simply looking for a fully furnished home for a few months, this apartment offers an ideal combination of convenience, comfort and city living.

Modern Technology & Comfort: Enjoy a modern living experience with IHC Wireless lighting and an immersive Sonos sound system, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere throughout the apartment.

Bedroom & Workspace: The spacious bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with three comfortable single beds (90 × 200 cm each). Two of the beds can easily be combined to create a double bed. An additional air mattress (90 × 200 cm) with a mattress topper is available if needed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people. The bedroom also features a dedicated workspace, making it convenient for remote work or studying. Comfortable bedding is provided to ensure restful nights and a pleasant stay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for everyday cooking. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or enjoying a home-cooked dinner, you'll find the kitchen practical, functional and easy to use. A cosy breakfast table provides an additional space to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual meal.

Dining Room: The separate dining room features a stylish dining table with seating for four people. It's the perfect setting for everyday meals, working on your laptop, or enjoying a relaxed dinner with friends.

Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, comfortable and well equipped, featuring a shower and underfloor heating for added comfort. Essential amenities are provided, including towels, a hairdryer, hair straightener, soap, shampoo and an initial supply of toilet paper.

Private Access & Independence As a tenant, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your rental period. The apartment is completely private, with no shared living spaces, allowing you to enjoy your own home without disturbances.

Although I live in the same building and am available if you need any assistance, your privacy and independence will always be respected.
