About the apartment: A very bright and well-arranged 2-room apartment is available for rent for 11 months (extending is possible). It can also be rented out for a shorter time than 11 months, but I will prefer tenants that wish to rent it long-term. The location is right next to Grøndal Station (S-train Line F and Bus 2A, with Line F taking you to Flintholm in 1 stop and to Nørrebro in just 2 stops), but also within a walking distance to Flintholm Station with Metro lines M1 and M2 and Train lines F, C and H. The area is full of trees and green spaces all around, and the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful. There are many shopping opportunities (SuperBrugsen, Rema, Netto, Normal) just around the corner, as well as cafés and restaurants in close proximity. The apartment is 62 m² and located on the high 1st floor. It faces west, which is absolutely one of the best features of this apartment as that means the sun shines directly in from midday until late evening, which is great in the summer, but especially nice in the winter when every bit of sunshine makes a difference :) A small private balcony overlooks the backyard with lots of trees and greenery. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen, bedroom and a living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa, sofa table, dining table & chairs and two armchairs by the window (note there is no TV, you can bring your own). The bedroom includes a large and comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an adjustable desk suitable for working from home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and a large fridge with a separate freezer, and is fully equipped with plenty of utensils and kitchenware. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a separate shower. All furniture and household items are included, so the apartment is fully ready for move-in. Please also note that all furniture must remain in the apartment, but you can of course bring additional pieces if there is space for them and take them with you when you move out. Most importantly, I am looking for calm tenants who are past the party phase and want to live in a building association that is also calm, with mostly young families and couples. The association often organizes communal events and has a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere. Since this is my own apartment and I plan to move back into it, I want tenants who will treat it with care and respect (as if it were your own home). One small or medium-sized pet may be allowed, provided it is: 1) fully house-trained, 2) calm (occasional noise when playing is fine, but not if it barks, meows, or makes noise excessively when alone or at every movement outside), and 3) non-destructive. A wooden dog crate will remain in the living room and can be used if needed. Please be aware that if a pet is approved, rent increases by 750 DKK/month. The move-in date is November 1st (1 day before is possible for easier move-in if you need it). The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple (maximum two people) and is not available for sharing/roommates. Please note that I will be abroad a lot during the duration of the tenancy, so I will not be able to come and fix things myself if something stops working for example, so tenants who can handle basic household matters (such as changing a fuse, etc.) are strongly preferred.
