The city's vibrant waterfront park is nearby and the city centre is just across the nearby "Langebro" bridge, all of downtown within walking distance. The flat has recently been renovated with a designer kitchen and a Siemens quality stove, fridge and a dish washer.  All rooms (except the bathroom) feature solid wooden floor boards.  The bathroom is not the largest in town but it features a toilet, a sink and a shower curtain/shower.  The flat features an iron, iron board and a hair dryer. There's a professional laundromat and dryer facility in the basement (pay per use, with an online booking feature securing you the desired machine when convinient). The flat is located on the fourth floor giving you magnificent views. There are no elevators in this historic building. The district of "Islands Brygge" is one of the most popular places to live and work in Copenhagen: Lots of cafes, galleries and small independent shops. Mostly a crowd of "young at heart people". The neighbourhood features one of Europe's most modern and clean open-air harbour pools (with a communal sauna facility in the winter). Along this stretch of harbour front there is a lovely green park, very popular when the sun is out, or for a stroll. The Islands Brygge metro stop is only 6-7 minutes walk from the flat. The total travel time between the airport and the Islands Brygge station is around 18-20 minutes.
