*I both speak Danish and English* I am renting out my apartment in Brønshøj for 2 years due to I will be temporary relocating to England for work. The apartment is a lovely, 55 kvm, 2 room apartment with a balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor, and has beautiful sunsets (see picture). The apartment is furthermore right next to Utterslev mose with lots of greenery and bird life. The area is relatively quiet and there are plenty of good supermarket options. As a tenant I see you are in your late 20s or above 30 - perhaps an expat like myself, non-smoker, no pets, calm and quiet, and will take good care of my things while I am away. The apartment will be fully furnished, but I will move my personal belongings and trinkets. There's also kitchen utilities (those can be moved if wished). There is no washing machine or tumble dryer in the apartment, but there is a laundry facility in the building that can be booked. The rent is 11500 kr per month, and that covers rent, laundry, internet, electricity, heating, water, OBS: there will be some improvements done in the apartment (e.g. bathroom will be painted fully)
