The apartment is on the upper first floor and consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is furnished (bed, sofa, table, chairs, dishwasher, the washing machine -shared in the basement). It is located 10 minutes walking from AmagerStrandpark. I am looking for a someone who will take good care of the place, keep it clean and would like to rent long term from 1 st of June 2026.
