**Appartment** The apartment is around 49 m2, with a small pink bedroom, a sunny living room with big windows and a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, and a typical Copenhagen bathroom (but with still enough space to leave all out of the shower ;)). **Location** The apartment is located in Gammel Sydhavn, a calm and green neighbourhood, very well connected to the city centre (the apartment is 5 minutes walking from the Mozarts Plads metro station). Also within walking distance are the Valby park and its beach, as well as a Coop and 360 supermarket. And you can nearly see Karens Minde Kulturhus from the balcony :) **Furniture and acconto** I am renting the apartment fully furnished. This includes bed, closet, sofa, dinning table and chairs, office chair and chatel. The kitchen is also fully equipped, including tableware, pots and pans and all you need to cook. Towels and bed linen are also available.
