The coziest 1-room apartment close to the beach and the metro!! Netto is - as the metro - 2 minute walk from the apt. The apartment (big studio apt. w. balcony and nice newer bathroom) is rented out like a "hotel apartment" with everything included, from linen to towels, all kitchen equipment, TV with Chromecast etc. The costs "on account" covers everything: Electricity, heating, water, insurance, high speed (496 Mbps) WiFi. There is no deposit or prepaid rent. We would love to find a tenant with whom we have a good relationship, and in who we trust. We know how expensive it can be to move into a Copenhagen place. The apartment is available for at least 1 year, but if everything goes well we can prolong the time. For us it is OK that 2 people (a couple?) shares the apartment. There is a high bed + a sofa bed of good quality. Hope to hear from you!
