We are renting out our cozy penthouse/loft apartment from the 1st of SEP for 6-12 months and are looking for either a person or couple to take good care of our place while we won't be using it.
The Cattail House is located superbly within the city limit of Copenhagen. The house is only 15 minutes from downtown and the main transportation hub in Copenhagen, making it an ideal location for almost any academic studies or careers in Copenhagen. The house itself is a large villa built in 1919, with large spacious rooms, as well as a very large garden with a basketball court.
The house is located next to the largest park in Copenhagen with great opportunities for walks, runs and bike rides, as well as football fields for playing sports. Shopping opportunities are all close-by with the nearest being only 300 meters away. The bus (4A) to inner Copenhagen leaves at the end of the street every 6 minutes.
