Stunning rooms & nature 13min from city are waiting for you as my new great flatmate from May or June.
2 hiiiiigh ceiling private rooms (ca 27+8 kvm) plus share kitchen/bathroom/attic with me. Separate entrance possible. 3 month notice.
Best location in Greater Copenhagen, Klampenborg.
Located between a nice beach (we walk in bath robes to the beach)
and a great forest (you can hear birds and deer from your bedroom);
yet, super close to the center of Copenhagen.
Transport possibilities:
• Regional-, and S-trains, 13 min. to city.
• Bus to Lyngby/DTU ..or scenic bike trip.
• Easy access to main motorways; fx 15 min. by car to Hørsholm/Science park.
• Council provides parking permit, plus one can rent parking spot in the yard cheaply.
Your part of the flat:
• A spacious living room with high (3m22cm) stucco ceiling. During winter, you can gaze at the sunrise through the windows.
• Small bedroom, look into the forest while listening to the birds. Fits two 80cm bed mattresses.
Shared parts: kitchen, bathroom, hallway and attic.
• The kitchen is practical and contains dishwasher, cooker, fridge & freezer, boiler, and microwave. Plenty of storage space.
• The modern bathroom is spacious and contains WC, sink, proper shower, some storage, washing machine plus limited use of tumble dryer (In addition to the flat, there are also extra toilets and shower in the building).
• The hallway has ample separate hanging and cupboards.
• The attic belonging to the flat is primarily for drying clothes, but there is also space for some storage.
The building also has 2 separate green areas that tenants enjoy maintaining, plus a little cheap ‘gym’.
From whom are you renting:
I’m a senior lecturer in interaction design,
a quiet co-habitant, as well as an amicable, down2earth and forthcoming person.
I like to have a clear distribution of responsibilities and a clean flat with sensible use.
If you are moving to the country, I can help you settling in.
Available for:
• One person only, or single parent.
• Quiet, reliable, team-player and responsible.
• Steady income (documented).
• Proper command of English or a Scandinavian language.
• All genders and ethnicities are of course welcome.
• I prefer tenants who can see themselves living here for a lengthy period,
but also guest researchers who are here for a fixed period.
Together we will find a commonsensical co-habiting way that works for us.
Yet, there are of course some non-negotiable ground rules:
• Full compliance with the regulation/’husorden’ of the building (you’ll get a copy, and I can translate)
• No pets (husorden)
• Non-smoker. No smoking by anyone in the building at all (husorden).
• No loud prolonged music practice.
• Rent is always paid on time.
• If you break something, it should be replaced immediately.
(I prefer that you have an insurance to fully cover such. Ordinary home insurance is a must anyways.)
• Respect for each other’s rooms, items, etc.
• Taking shared responsibilities seriously and constructively.
I look forward to meeting my new flatmate.
Come and see it; it's 'worth every penny'
Best regards Henrik
