1 room apartment of 35 m²

Furnished apartment for sublet | 5 December – 10 January

I’m travelling home to India for around a month and a half over the Christmas and New Year period, so I’m subletting my apartment while I’m away.

The apartment is fully furnished, comfortable and ready to move into, making it ideal for someone looking for temporary accommodation during December and early January.

📅 Available: 5 December 2026 – 10 January 2027 🛋️ Fully furnished 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen 📶 Wi-Fi 🔑 Ready to move in 👫 Suitable for one person or a couple

I’m looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment while I’m away.

If interested, please send me a DM with a little information about yourself.
