We’re subletting our amazing studio in the heart of Frederiksberg from May 1st till November 31st 2026. The building and all its apartments are brand new (built in 2025) and offer lots of wonderful features. Right in the heart of Frederiksberg and about 10 minutes by bike from the city center. The bright studio is fully furnished with everything you need, so you can just move in. It has a modern kitchen with a stove, an oven, a big fridge/freezer, coffee machine and even a dishwasher. You also have your own bathroom. It’s perfect for one person or a couple. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, responsible and able to stay for the whole period. You can also use our bicycles for this period. Besides your cozy studio, you can host dinners in the beautiful communal kitchen; work/study from home in the workspace with phone booths and meeting rooms; hang out in one of the movie rooms, the orangery or pool room; and even get your workouts done in the free gym or outdoor workout space. In summer you can chill on the rooftop & one of the balconies or just sit in the garden downstairs. There’s a laundry room in the building. But one of the things I love most is the active community in this building. The building organizes social gatherings with a DJ every two weeks and you’ll meet the best community of international neighbors who’re always ready to help. Another unique feature is that the building allows pets (1 pet up to 25kg max.). We have a dog ourselves. So if you want to bring your furry friend, that’s possible.
