Due to a work stationing outside of Denmark, we are renting out our amazing apartment in the dead center of Copenhagen. It is just next to city hall square (Rådhuspladsen) and you have everything within short walking distance as well as a metro stop at your doorstep. The apartment is recently renovated, with automatic skylights and big, spacious rooms, high-end appliances, etc. The living room with direct access to 25 m2 private patio is the heart of the apartment, and all of the 3 bedrooms (one currently used as an office) can be accessed directly. The main bedroom has a walk in closet and an adjacent bathroom. The other bathroom is accessible from the halway. Some highlights: -> On the top floor with great privacy, bright skylights and less noise -> Built in sound system in living room -> Philips Hue smart lightning system throughout -> Full black-out curtains/blinds on all bedroom windows (important in summer time!) -> Smart-lock on front door for easy access to cleaners, etc. -> Main bedroom with en-suite shower and walk-in-closet / workspace -> Quality appliances from Gaggenau, Miele, Siemens, etc. -> Quooker system for boiling, cold and sparkling water from the tap We are eager to find stable tenants who will take good care of our place, and from our side we can be flexible about the terms, dates, etc. We can provide furnished or unfurnished. We are open to consider multiple tenants, but such arrangement will include a fair party policy, as we (and our nieghboors) obviously don't want a lot of noise and unknown people in the building.
