This rental is the 4-bedroom home, and the other is a small private studio that is already occupied by one tenant. These two homes are separated by a soundproof wall, and you cannot see into each other's space. The only thing to note is that this home's small balcony has a frosted window that belongs to the studio's entrance. The window is covered so the two homes can’t see in to each other, and the studio has no access to the balcony. However, if someone is using the balcony, you may occasionally hear each other, similar to having a close neighbor. Lease Information The rental will be offered under a sublease agreement. As we will be living abroad for an extended period, we have leased the property to a trusted friend, who is your formal landlord during the rental period.
