The owners' home in Carlsberg Byen is available for exactly one month while they travel, from 30 October to 29 November 2026. It is a bright 113 m² flat on the 3rd floor with a lift: three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and a large balcony. Fully furnished and equipped, so you can arrive with a suitcase. It is a lived-in family home, not a hotel flat. There is art on the walls, books and plants. The floor plan shows a fourth room, the smallest one (264 × 217 cm): the owners keep it locked for their own things, and it is not part of the rental. THE AREA Carlsberg Byen is a quiet, newer neighbourhood between Vesterbro and Frederiksberg. The courtyard has a playground and a football pitch, and Jacobsens Have park is a few minutes' walk. Enghave Plads Metro and Carlsberg S-train station are about 500 m away, and the city centre is 15 minutes door to door. Bakeries, cafés and supermarkets are around the corner, and Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Have are a short walk. Paid parking under the building. PRICE AND TERMS - Rent: DKK 32,000 for the month. Electricity, water, wifi and TV included. - Heating and hot water: DKK 1,000 on account, settled on actual use. - Final cleaning: done by our cleaners, paid by the tenant at cost (max DKK 2,950). - Deposit: one month's rent, refunded within 14 days of move-out, less any documented damage. - Rent, deposit, heating and cleaning are paid in full before the keys are handed over. - Fixed dates: move in 30 October from 15:00, move out 29 November by 12:00. The owners move back in the next morning, so the lease cannot be extended. - Time-limited Danish lease on the official standard form (A10), in English or Danish. - No smoking, no pets, no parties. No subletting, and the flat cannot be used for CPR registration. WHO IT SUITS A family or a couple in Copenhagen for a project or a work assignment, a visiting researcher, or someone between homes who already has their next place for December.
