Very nice, fully furnished, city renovated apartment available for rent until October 1st. THE APARTMENT Large kitchen and bathroom and three independent rooms which can all be used for bedrooms, or guest room/office. The three bedrooms are all different: 1. Biggest room, facing street. Small double bed (135 cm), but desk, chair, etc. 2. Smaller room: facing yard. Double bed (160 cm wide) with Tempur memory foam mattress , big closet. 3. Smaller room: facing yard, next to living room. New sofa-bed, can fold out to 2*80 cm bed. Shelf. Nice bathroom with some signs of use. Good, spacious kitchen. The living room is big and has both an area of watching TV (large TV) and an area to dine/work etc. The apartment has washing machine, dish washer and an attic to dry clothes. Furnished with everything, and limited extra space if you bring furniture with you. BACKGROUND I rent out the apartment over summer while I live in an allotment garden (kolonihave). I would like someone who takes good care of the it, so maximum three people, nice and respectful, or two couples living together. Not more. And someone who can commit to the the whole period so I don't need to look for new people halfway renting for only a short time. No smoking indoors at any time, neither out the windows. No pets with claws. Expenses include heat, water, internet, TV, etc. CPR possible. Respect goes both ways and I will do my best so you get a nice stay. I can provide references from past renters. THE AREA The apartment is on a quiet one-way street to Istedgade, but close to the nightlife on Vesterbro: Meat packing district, the hip part of Istedgade with cafes and boutique shops, cafes and wine bars around Vesterbro Square and the lakes. There is a yard just down one staircase, a roof terrace with BBQ facilities in an adjacent building, and a basket ball court next door. A fitness center (Pure Gym) is a one-minute walk, and the park Skydebanehaven 2 minutes, and you have the lakes - for longer walks and runs - 4 minutes away. And it's only a short walk from the Central station (incl. subway), Tivoli and the old town, or the harbor bath by Fisketorvet. The best location in town in my opinion.
