This apartment is fantastically located, near metro and Christiania, only a 10 minute bikeride into Central Copenhagen.
The apartment is from 2006, and has been held up to great standards. in 2020 we built a 2nd bedroom which will fit nicely for 1 adult or a child, we also upgraded all the white goods in 2018.
There is 1 big bedroom, which shares a balcony with the smaller bedroom. This faces south, and is perfect for lovely breakfast in the morning. A nice feature is that there isn't a neighbor on the other side of the street that can smell your Croissants in the morning.
This apartmant doesn't just have 1 balcony, but 2! and the combined size is 35m2! You simply won't find that in Copenhagen. The larger one is perfect for BBQing in the evening. There is a sofa there as well as a Cafe table for you to dine in the evenings during our lovely Danish summers.
The kitchen has plenty of space and we installed a new island back in 2018, so there are no excuses in regards to perfecting your cooking skills. We will also have utensils for you so that you don't need to go on a spending spree.
Yes the apartment is furnished, there's a sofa, and a dining table with chairs, a king sized bed. What's not to like!?
The bathroom has a shower where you don't need to stand on the toilet while showering (you'll know what I mean after you've seen a few apartments in Copenhagen) There's a dryer and a washing machine, the bathroom has a good size, is white and bright.
There is floor heating, and since it's from 2006 you won't freeze, nor actually hear your neighbors as it's insulated so that you can actually hear your music and you'll never hear kids running on the apartment above, ever!
Rubbish bin is just outside the apartment, and since you're environmentally friendly, there is multiple recycling collection as part of the area.
There is a playground on the backside of the apartment, not facing you, but you can try the swings, have a picnic or just have a dinner outside.
We also have access to a rooftop area. This is currently under "construction" but it's going to be absolutely smashingly nice to be at.
Your neighbors are really lovely, we have a Facebook site, where people help each other out, borrowing things, taking each other dogs out and anything, you can be as active and not active as you wish!
Are you sold yet? No, ok let's continue... 2 minutes away from you is a swimming pool, with a sauna as well as an infrared one. There are also 3 gyms within 3 minutes walk, a Netto (grocery store) on the road.
You'll have at least 10 cafe's within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a 15 minute walk, exactly 2 km's as I used to run back and forth, if you're real adventurous you could join the Danish winter bathing club and jump in the sea during winter.
You must be sold now.
Lastly, and this is quite important, you'll actually get landlords that are really nice people. We will not hustle you for all your deposits.
You will get a proper contract with no strange twists, we will go through the apartment together, and take all the pictures of missing items etc. I will help you with what your rights are if you are new to Denmark, but obviously I suggest you have someone in Denmark that can help you out.
What I do want in return is a tenant that I can trust. I need you to treat the apartment as if it would be yours. I used to live in the apartment and it's very special to me and I hope one day my kids can live there.
Should you break something, then let me know and we'll sort it out, I believe that trust goes both ways.
